Tom was friendly, knowledgeable & informative- giving us options forour water issues which are high iron content- red staining on tub tiles & un drinkable hard water.We purchased a new softener & RO - let’s see what happens, but my confidence in theproduct is high at this time due to the thoitogh explanation by Tom.

I give Triangle water 5 stars! After researching a couple of other water companies, I found them to be the best. I spoke with Zach, who explained everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Everything that was told to me was exactly what it was. No extra hidden fees. Excellent customer service. The gentleman that came to install the water machine was also great! His name was Will. He was promt and did not take long at all. He also explained everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with this water company and I am glad we went with them. The whole experience from start to finish has been great.

I have always been very picky about how my water tastes and what is in it!!! Several years ago I purchased a condo with a Culligan system installed in it and after working with this company I know I will never go back to NOT having Culligan service. I moved to the Raleigh area a year ago and before I moved in, I called and set up service. Montrell was my first contact and every time I have called since has been exceptional in his customer service. And my delivery technicians - Craig and Andre - the same. Recently, I called to inquire about smaller bottles because I am physically unable to lift the 5 gallon bottles. Even though the answer was "no" Montrell helped me resolve this problem within minutes. I was totally impressed with his determination to help make me a satisfied customer and am very grateful! I highly recommend this company.

Do to running a business out of a building built about 30 years ago, I needed a quality water solution for my customers and employees. I've had two Culligan water filtration dispensers installed at my business for years. Jason assessed our needs and setup our account. Skylar is the gentleman that performed the installation, such a nice guy and was in and out with zero issues. Communication has been perfect and invoicing is a breeze. Culligan Technician Josh was thorough and considerate when he serviced our Culligan tank today. He helped to clean up outside debris that tracked in when he used a dolly to ferry an incredibly heavy tank to and fro in to our basement, too.
