Iron, Rust in Your Home's Water in Raleigh

Fast and easy service, 10/10 would recommend! System still working perfectly months later.

We run a ballroom dance studio in Durham, and have thoroughly loved our Culligan bottle free water filter! All of our students, as well as neighboring gym members who pass through our Studio space, frequent this machine, and love it. It has been well-maintained, and has the cleanest, purest water (yes, we've actually had it tested) around. Thanks for keeping us hydrated!

Jen was very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service.

Shout out to Jaime, Culligan has always inspected and fixed my soft water system issues.

Excellent customer service!!

when I called asking many questions, my mom is old and almost deaf, so I had to call in for the appointment and the lady who answered the phone and entered all my questions gave me a lot of patience, and that took a lot of stress off of my morning-errands. Thank you, Jennifer for the great Verbal customer service

I'm new to having drinking water that's not from tap, so I called today to try and understand this whole thing and how it works . If I remember correctly, Jennifer was the one who answered the call. She was beyond helpful. She was very knowledgeable. She convinced me that Culligan is the way to go.. I know I was all over the place on the phone call. I was trying to talk myself outta having water delivery.. but now I think that's the only way to go. Thank you Jennifer for all your help, time, energy and effort... You were really helpful and I appreciate your kindness and patience.. you didn't rush me and I thank you for that...

I give Triangle water 5 stars! After researching a couple of other water companies, I found them to be the best. I spoke with Zach, who explained everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Everything that was told to me was exactly what it was. No extra hidden fees. Excellent customer service. The gentleman that came to install the water machine was also great! His name was Will. He was promt and did not take long at all. He also explained everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with this water company and I am glad we went with them. The whole experience from start to finish has been great.
