I would love to give Culligan 5-stars, but...Our tech, James, has been well-deserving of it, but we have had multiple calls to the office regarding carpet cleaning when a previous tech emptied half a jug on our office carpet. That was more than 6 months ago, and even though we were promised an adjustment to our bill for the amount of the cleaning, it still hasn't happened yet. Five stars to James, but 3 for the office. ;o(

Culligan of the Triangle is a good company that offers fair prices. James (our delivery guy) delivers the best service hands down. If you call, the phone is answered by a human not a voice service (this is a big deal to me) and they respond to any needs that arise the same day. Our cooler had a leak and they had a new one delivered within a few hours on a non-delivery day. Fabulous.

Have been a long time customer of Culligan beginning while living in the Atlanta, GA area. Continued with a new system at our house in Raleigh and are enjoying same great, trusted, quality service. Our technician Sean is great with salt deliveries providing a schedule for the year ahead. Service is prompt, efficient and he is able to answer any questions we may have. Let Culligan by your "Go-To Guys".

We have been using Culligan for years and are very satisfied. Our delivery person is James and he is friendly, flexible and reliable. If we forget to leave out our empty bottles he will check in with us so we are not overloaded with bottles or without water. He does a great job and I highly recommend Culligan of the Triangle.

The company I work for has been a client of Culligan for many years. Our technician's name is James and he is always extremely friendly and helpful. The other day he was just scheduled for a delivery and ended up fixing one of our coolers for us on his own time. He is always timely and very professional. Culligan has always been pleasant to deal with and we plan to continue business with them for many more years!
