I would love to give Culligan 5-stars, but...Our tech, James, has been well-deserving of it, but we have had multiple calls to the office regarding carpet cleaning when a previous tech emptied half a jug on our office carpet. That was more than 6 months ago, and even though we were promised an adjustment to our bill for the amount of the cleaning, it still hasn't happened yet. Five stars to James, but 3 for the office. ;o(

Culligan of the Triangle is a good company that offers fair prices. James (our delivery guy) delivers the best service hands down. If you call, the phone is answered by a human not a voice service (this is a big deal to me) and they respond to any needs that arise the same day. Our cooler had a leak and they had a new one delivered within a few hours on a non-delivery day. Fabulous.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Called over 3 months ago to get my water softener serviced since we bought a house that had their system already installed. I have called 5 times and inquired on their website about someone coming out and no calls have been made back to me. They also will not schedule a date and time with me to have this done. As of today I still have not heard anything back. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Update-
After giving this company a bad review they contacted me the next business day to resolve the above issues. They ended up and coming out and resolving my issues and have been in contact with me multiple times since then to check on my system to make sure it’s still functions properly and if I was satisfied with my service. I have been please so far and glad they made it right.

Service and quality of water was good. Business closed as of December 31, 2019 and the bottles were personally returned the first week of January 2020. A REFUND is due and was promised upon reconciling of the account. Several visits to their office and promises the check will mailed the next week still has not occurred. Now four (4) months later (April) still no refund check and Jason has not returned my calls. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and court filing soon to be processed. BEWARE

I had a new system put in on 1/17/2020 - Culligan Gold. The installer was Francisco & he did a great job. He was very easy to work with & explained a lot to me about this system. Now I just hope this system will cure all my hard water issues. Great experience so far.
